RETURN POLICY:

If you do not like the products you purchase from Bodsana, for any reason, we ask that you return them as soon as you possibly can. There will be a return form in your shipment with instructions.

We will credit the credit card used for purchase with a full refund (not including shipping costs) when you:

  • Return your package within 30 days of the ship date (in most cases this will allow you 3 weeks to make a decision) the date on your return package must be within 30 days of your shipment date which will appear on your packing list.
  • Return the garments in their original condition with hang tags and sanitary shields in place
  • Follow the instructions on the return form.

Please understand that we cannot refund your shipping costs and we do not pay for your return shipments.

If the clothes are not in their original condition, we will return them to you and will not be able to refund your money:

DAMAGE POLICY:

We stand by the quality of our products at Bodsana so if you should receive a damaged garment we will either:

  • exchange the damaged garment for the same size, color , and style garment as the damaged item at no cost to you
  • refund your money including shipping if returned via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail.

For a damaged garment follow the same instructions as a merchandise exchange explained below.

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE:

It is our goal to make you happy with your Bodsana products. We will cheerfully exchange any item in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with the tag still attached within 30 days of ship date on your order. For an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our customer care department at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and write “exchange” in the subject of your email. In the body of the email please include the following:
    • First and last name
    • Brief description of reason for exchange
    • Invoice number
    • Style, quantity, color and size you would like to receive in exchange
  2. You will be issued an exchange authorization number to your email account. Please write the code on the outside of the return package.Bodsana is not responsible for lost packages, and we recommend that you send your package insured with tracking information.
  3. Ship the return package via U.S. Post Office to the address below:

Please remember to clearly display your authorization number on the outside of the return package.

Allow 10 business days from the time we receive your package for your request to be processed. We will pay shipping charges when sending you the exchange item.

Bodsana respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, trade or give away your name, email, or address to anyone. We will need your email address for the purpose of communication about orders, and other Bodsana news.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY:

tl_transpOur shopping cart uses 128 Bit SSL Encryption from Comodo. When you enter the purchasing area of this website, a secure link is established between your computer and our server, and all informtion transferred is encrypted. Your credit card information is transferred directly to our merchant bank for processing. As a further measure of security and protection of your information, we do not store your credit card information.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING:

Orders received by 10:00 a.m. E.S.T. will be shipped within 3 working days of that date. All orders will be shipped Priority Mail or Express Mail by U.S. Post Office. When you’re your order is shipped, we will send an email confirmation with your order and tracking numbers.

BACK ORDERS & OUT OF STOCK:

We will strive to keep quantities updated on the website, however, in the event that an order comes through on an out of stock item we will contact you within 2 business days to advise you of the possibilities:

New ship date for the item and ask if you want to place a back order
Substitute a different item
Refund your money
